Construction is underway on Phase 1 of the environmentally responsible development Vitruvian Place.

Vitruvian Park is located just north and west of two of the most important arterials in the Dallas metropolitan area, LBJ Freeway and the Dallas North Toll Road. The development will be delivered in phases to carefully create an inviting neighborhood with a variety of luxury housing options including traditional flats, soft lofts, and townhouse style homes.
